By way of this application, the applicants are seeking impleadment of the 8 nos. of respondents as respondent Nos.6—13 in the connected writ petition i.e. WP(C) No.5523/2025. It appears that the applicants as writ petitioners have preferred the connected writ petition challenging inter alia setting aside and quashing of the entire selection and appointment of all candidates belonging to the Common Competitive Examination-2013. It appears that while filing the writ petition, the petitioners could not gather the names and address of the candidates selected through CCE-2013 and hence, none of the selected candidates could be impleaded as private respondents. In the meanwhile, the applicants managed to collect the addresses of 8 nos. of selected candidates, which are as follows:- 1. It appears that the presence of the aforesaid 8(eight) selected candidates are essential and necessary for an effective adjudication of the writ petition. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and having perused the materials available on record, this Court directs impleadment of the aforesaid candidates as stated herein above as respondent Nos.6—13 in WP(C) No.5523/2025.
