Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 384 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri M.K. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Ranchi.

On 21.02.2024, rangdari was demanded by one Mayank Singh from the informant.

It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year. It was finally submitted that no money was transferred to the accused person.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024.
