GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 29172 OF 2024 The Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the Final Layout Plan (with Mortgage) in File No. 0066/2023/1194/RUDA, dated 01.06.2024 and Tentative Layout Plan/ Technical Layout Pattern in File No. 1194/0063/LP/RM/2023, dated 23.04.2024 in favour of the respondent No.9 and 10 for approval of Residential Lay Out Plan in an extent of Ac. 5.449 cents laid in Sy.No.83-1 of Morampudi Village, Satellite City Gram Panchayat, Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal, East Godavari District affecting the contiguous layout of the petitioner existing in an extent of Ac. 3.65 cents in R.S.No.99 of Morampudi Village, Satellite City Grama Panchayat, Morampudi Village, Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal, East Godavari District under sanction Layout vide proceedings L.P.No. 14/06/R and Lr.Dis.No. 1923/2005/R1, dated 21.04.2006 by way of denying access approach road connectivity to the North side of the said petitioner Layout and further declare the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in taking steps on the complaint dated 05.08.2024 and legal notice dated 19.11.2024 issued by the petitioner and also to set aside the final Layout Plan dated 01.06.2024 and Tentative Layout Plan/ Technical Layout pattern in file dated 23.04.2024 issued in favour of the respondents 9 and 10. 2. Seeking withdrawal of the present Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 17.03.2025 into the Registry. 3. The said letter is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
