Considered the submissions made at bar and also perused the material available on record. 4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations levelled against the present petitioner alongwith other accused persons and the manner in which the offence has been committed by them, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 5.
