The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 345 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 308(4), 308(5), 111(3), 317 (2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25 (1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Ajay Kr. Guria, learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur.

Co-accused Rahul Kumar Singh was interrogated by the police in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024, in which he has confessed that he is the brother of Sonu Singh, who was running an extortion racket.

It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused, Rahul Kumar Singh. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ajay Kr. Guria, learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 345 of 2025.
