Prasad Babu, learned Counsel for the Petitioners (appearing through video conference) and Sri Soma Raju Yelisetti, learned Counsel for the sole Respondent. 2. The present Contempt Case is filed complaining of willful disobedience and willful violation of the Order of this Court dated 04.10.2024 in W.P.No.22784 of 2024. The operative portion of the Order reads as under: 2 4. Having regard to the above facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into the merits, directing the Tahsildar, Myalavaram, YSR Kadapa District (Respondent No.3) to consider the Representation dated 01.07.2024 (Ex.P.1) submitted by the Writ Petitioners in the light of his Proceedings dated 15.04.2023 (Ex.P.3) and take all appropriate steps in terms of the Order dated 15.04.2023 (Ex.P.3). 3. In the above extract, the Proceeding of the Tahsildar dated 15.04.2023 has been referred to. This Proceeding is filed along with the Counter Affidavit at Page No.14. This Proceeding of the Tahsildar would only speak about the continuation of the Prohibitory Order in view of the danger caused to the law and order in the locality, which was issued under Section 145 of Cr.P.C until delivery of the Decree and Judgment in pending Suits bearing O.S.Nos.55 & 57 of 2020 before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jammalamadugu. 4. In the present Contempt Case, the Petitioner has produced certain photographs to indicate that the Tahsildar has allowed the Unofficial Respondents to sow the crop and also harvest the yield after it is fully grown. This Court has passed the Final Order on 04.10.2024 in the Writ Petition and after considering the averments in the Contempt Case, this Court is of the view that except to consider the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 01.07.2024 in the light of the Proceeding of the Tahsildar dated 15.04.2023, no specific direction has been given by this Court, and therefore, this Court cannot deem it that the Tahsildar herein have committed any contempt. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5.
