The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.2309 of 2024, S.T. Case No.227 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 302, 307, 333 & 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribagh. On 09.05.2023, the informant alongwith his staff Sharad Babu was going to site office at Barkagaon. While on the way, they were intercepted by four to five persons, who fired at the informant party, due to which, Sharad Babu sustained firearm injuries and succumbed to it. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the different Coordinate Benches of this Court as well as by this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribagh, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
