This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioners, namely, Diganta Borah and Prodip Chetry, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Duliajan P.S. case No. 89/2025 u/s 329(2)/117(2)/3(5)/351(3) of BNS, 2023 added Section 117(4)/118(2)/109 of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioners were granted interim bail on 30.05.2025. Pursuant to which they appeared before the I/O for recording their statements. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted. 5. In the circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 30.05.2025 hereby made absolute subject to the condition that they shall co-operate with the process of law. 6.
