It is submitted that the petitioner was implicated in Crime No.161 of 2024 on the file of Rudravaram Police Station, Nandyal District. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was filed alleging the commission of offences under Sections 236, 316(2), 318(2), 318(4) of the BNS. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was registered without the knowledge of the de facto complainant. 5. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. S. Dushyanth Reddy, the learned counsel for the de facto complainant, submits that he has filed an affidavit before this Court along with a memo. 6. Perused the affidavit of the 2nd respondent, who is present in this Court today. 7. It is stated in the affidavit that the complaint was filed without his knowledge. Upon enquiry, the de facto complainant has stated that he did not file a complaint against the petitioner. HN, J CRL.P.No.8986_2024 3 8. This Court, in Criminal Petition Nos.9290 of 2024 and 7840 of 2024, has considered the identical cases and quashed the crimes. Following the same reason, Crime No.161 of 2024, on the file of Rudravaram Police Station, Nandyal, is hereby quashed. 9. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
