For the Respondents: Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, fairly states that though in terms of order dated 26.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.1777 of 2024, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in light of judgment dated 09.11.2023, passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.2343 of 2020, titled as Vikram Singh Vs. Himchal Road Transport Corporation (along with connected matters), in a time bound manner, respondents have refixed the pay of the petitioner, but arrears have not been released. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Learned counsel representing the respondents fairly states that arrears, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within two months. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed reserving liberty to the petitioner to get the present petition revived in case amount otherwise agreed to be released within two months, is not released, enabling this Court to pass appropriate orders towards execution and implementation of the judgment/ order, sought to be executed in the instant proceedings.
