MCA 128 of 2025 Amrut IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA MISC.CIVIL APPLICATION NO.128 OF 2025 IN TAX APPEAL NO.642 OF 2025 (F) THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX CIRCLE-1(1), PANAJI ... APPLICANT Versus ACHINTYA MITTAL ... RESPONDENT Ms Susan Linhares, Standing Counsel for the applicant.
CORAM:- BHARATI DANGRE & ASHISH S. CHAVAN, JJ. DATED :- 12th September, 2025 P.C.: Heard Ms Linhares on the application seeking condonation of delay of 7 days in filing the Tax Appeal, being aggrieved by the order passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal on 12.03.2024. On perusal of the application and on hearing the learned counsel, since we find that the delay is procedural in nature and ministerial period, it deserves to be condoned. The application is made absolute in terms of its prayer clause. The Tax Appeal is directed to be listed on 29.09.2025.
