Learned standing counsel on instructions submits that although notice was issued to the Petitioner, no action was taken pursuant thereto and the electricity, water bills as well as property tax were being paid regularly by the Petitioner. 3. Since no action has been taken against the notice issued to the Petitioner and recording the submission of the learned standing counsel that in the event of any requirement of further action, the same shall be done after issuing fresh notice to the Petitioner as per the provisions of the A.P.Municipalities Act, the writ petition is closed.
