It is submitted that SLP No.17422/2025 has since been withdrawn by the State before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the SLP was dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty was, however, reserved to other parties to take out 2 independent proceeding if they are so advised. The said order was passed on 14th July 2026. 3. In that view of the matter, the order and judgment dated 22nd May 2024 revives. 4. It is further submitted that the State has issued a notification, 100 point roster which is approved by the Recruitment Committee, High Court. In that view of the matter, the Registrar General may proceed with any recruitment in the State, in terms of the new roster issued by the new dispensation in the State. 5. With the aforesaid observations, GA/1/2026 stands disposed of. Consequently, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in CC/54/2025. The same stands dismissed without any order.
