On 06.01.2020 the Court has granted time to take steps in respect of respondent nos. 2/1 and 2/2. On 07.02.2020 the Court has observed that the petitioner has not taken any steps in compliance of the order dated 19.10.2019, 21.11.2019 and 06.01.2020. 2. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner further time has been granted to comply with the earlier order, but on the perusal of the office report even still the petitioner has not taken any steps to comply with the said orders. 3. Today, Ms. Ghazala Bano Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and prays for time to file substitution application. On earlier three occasions the petitioner has not chosen to comply the order of this Court. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
