Heard. The substantive sentence imposed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shimla, District Shimla, H.P.
vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 01.09.2023 in criminal case titled Sh. Sant Ram vs. Om Prakash and further affirmed by learned Sessions Judge, (Forests), Shimla, District Shimla, H.P. vide judgment dated 04.08.2025 in criminal appeal titled Om Prakash vs. Sant Ram, shall remain suspended, subject to the applicant’s depositing 30% of compensation amount in addition to the amount already deposited within a period of eight weeks and furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court within the same period with condition that the applicant shall appear in Court, as and when directed and shall surrender to serve out the sentence imposed, in case the revision is ultimately dismissed. The application stands disposed of.
