PP 02 / 17.10.2025 Heard the parties. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed at the instance of the petitioner for restoration of CrMP No. 1017 of 2021 to its original file. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the CrMP No. 1017 of 2021 was dismissed vide order dated 25.04.2023 for non-compliance of the order of removing the defects within the peremptory period. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the said order could not be complied which resulted in dismissal of CrMP No. 1017 of 2021. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, CrMP No. 1017 of 2021 is restored to its original file to the stage, at which, it was before its dismissal.
