VINOD KUMAR TARLADA The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “….to issue a writ, order or direction more so a writ in the nature of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondent in not considering the petitioners representation to promote him as ADC/Controller on the ground of that he is medically unfit for the post of driver as arbitrary, illegal, unlawful and contrary to law and consequentially to direct the respondent to promote the petitioner ADC/Controller in the organization or alternatively to protect the petitioners pay and benefit as a driver of A1 category and may pass…..” 2. On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 06.03.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 13.03.2025 as a last chance for hearing with a condition that no further time will be granted. 3. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
