Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:46244 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 4000 of 2025 Petitioner :- Lokesh Pal Singh Respondent :- U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. Shakti Bhawan And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shashank Shekhar,Sheo Ram Singh Counsel for Respondent :- Abhishek Srivastava,C.S.C.,Om Prakash Mishra Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner claims that certain service benefits like reversion to original post have not been provided to him. The petitioner has made a representation in this regard but to no avail. The only prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is that representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 and Ms Kritika Sinha, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 submit that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority as per law in the first instance. However, they fairly contend that service benefits/claim is liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In light of the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding reversion to his original post and other service benefits as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
