The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 111(4), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B)(C)(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. On 04.02.2025, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Karmatar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about eight months. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
