This Revision is filed against the order in C.M.A.No.7 of 2022 on the file of X Additional District Judge, Tirupati, dated 05.12.2024 in reversing and setting aside the order passed in I.A.No.93 of 2022 in O.S.No.118 of 2022 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, dated 11.04.2022. 3. The petitioners are the plaintiffs in the suit, the petitioners in I.A. before the trial Court and they are the respondents in the above said CMA before the lower appellate Court. Whereas, the respondents herein are the defendants in the suit, the respondents in the above said I.A. before the trial Court and the appellants in CMA before the lower appellate Court. 4. The petitioners, as stated above initiated action in O.S.No.118 of 2022 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, for grant of permanent injunction with respect to the plaint schedule property and pending the suit, they filed the above said I.A. for grant of temporary injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC read with Section 151 CPC, which was allowed vide order dated 11.04.2022. Aggrieved by the same, the respondents herein filed the above said 3 HBKM,J C.R.P.No.126 of 2025 CMA before the lower appellate Court and the same was allowed vide order dated 05.12.2024. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as the suit is pending for consideration, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the suit in accordance with law by hearing all the parties concerned, giving due opportunity and pending the suit, there shall be an order of status quo as on today to be maintained with respect to the plaint schedule property. Both the parties shall co-operate for the early disposal of the suit, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of this order. 6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
