V UMA DEVI The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not regularizing the services of the petitioners as Messengers on par with the other regular employees and not allow the petitioners for interviews is illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles, 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the services of the petitioners as Messengers without insisting the petitioners names should be sponsored by the Employment /Exchange or allow the petitioners for interviews on par with other employees any other agency.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, in the light of the interim order 3 passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be dispose of. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondents appeared through Video Conference and submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, since no further orders are required in this matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
