Yes. 2 Sadhbhawana Legacy Cases Resolution Scheme, 2025, Phase II, introduced vide notification dated 20.8.2025 with further prayer to grant liberty to approach this Court again for redressal of the grievances, if settlement with the respondents fails. 3 No objection has been communicated for allowing the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner. 4 Accordingly, the revision petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty, as prayed supra.
