Sri. Shantakumar K. C., learned counsel appearing for the complainant and Sri. Harisha A. S., learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for respondents/accused Nos.1 to 5, are present before the Court physically. 3. Learned Addl. Government Advocate submits to consider the compliance affidavit dated 23.08.2024 filed by respondents/accused in compliance of the order dated 19.07.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP.No.15397/2023 (EXCISE). 4. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. The compliance affidavit consists of paragraph Nos.1 to 6. Paragraph No.3 of the said compliance affidavit indicates as under : - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:14347-DB CCC No. 1241 of 2023 3. I respectfully submit that, after the order of the learned Single Judge, the application/representation filed by the complainant was duly considered in accordance with law in the prevailing Rules and that the latest representation given by the complainant was considered and an endorsement answering to the same is issued on 01.04.2024 and copy of the same is herewith produced and marked as ANNEXURE 'R1' for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court." 6. Keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for the complainant and learned Addl. Government Advocate and the compliance affidavit filed by respondents/accused, it is deemed appropriate that this contempt proceeding does not survive for consideration. 7.
