The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Palkot P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 96, 64 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO-cum- Additional Sessions Judge- IV, Gumla. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed the victim to leave her lawful guardianship. It is further alleged that he also established physical relationship with the victim. The age of the victim has been opined to be 16 years. The petitioner is also a married person. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
