The petitioner originally lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent but no action was taken. Therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. After considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate by order dated 24.07.2023 directed the 2nd respondent to register an FIR and execute investigation and file a final report. However, so far the 2nd respondent did not conduct enquiry and only FIR has been registered in Crime No.208 of 2025. 4.
