Case No. 72 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 109 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 70(2), 303(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Ranchi. 3. On 08.05.2025, at about 11:00 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant. Thereafter, she was gang raped. 4. Statement of the victim has been recorded during the trial in which she has fully supported the prosecution case. 5.
