Petitioner presently aged 58 years and due for superannuation on 31.01.2027, seeks direction to the respondents to give him the benefit of annual increment as well as special increment on completion of 20 years of regular service w.e.f. 01.08.2012, in accordance with office memorandum dated 31.07.2012 with consequential benefits.
