No.184 of 2025 ========================= Dated this the 27th day of March, 2025 O R D E R The review is filed by the writ petitioner contending that though this Court had clearly held that the inclusion of the property in question in the data bank is contrary to the findings in Ext.P20 order passed under Clause 6(2) of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order and that the petitioner’s case is covered by the judgments noticed in the judgment under review, there was no order quashing Ext.P22 in so far as it included the petitioner's property in the data bank. 2. On going through paragraphs 2 and 4 of the judgment under review, it is clear that the inclusion of the property in the data bank was held to be wrong, and therefore, the petitioner was directed to make an appropriate application under Section 27A of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act and Rules, 2008. RP NO. 184 OF 2025 4 2025:KER:26510 3. To obviate technical arguments and be precise as regards the prayers sought, Ext.P22 is quashed to the extent it included the property in question in the data bank. The judgment is modified to the above extent and the review is allowed as above.
