Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- “Therefore, in view of the above said facts and circumstances, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue notice to the opp. parties and after hearing the parties may be pleased to direct opp. parties more particularly to O.P No. 4,i.e District Education Officer-cum-District Project Coordinator, Samagra Siksha, Subarnapur to antedate the date of regularization by regularizing the petitioner as Level-V Assistant Teacher with effect from the date of completion of six years from the date of engagement as a Gana Sikhyak as per the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in W.A No. 524 of 2024 filed by Bishnu Naik and Others Vrs. State of Odisha & Others and batch of cases, by suitably modifying the order of regularization dated 06.01.2018 issued by District Education Officer, Subarnapur under Annexure-б. And/or to pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble deem just and proper in the facts of the case. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No. 4 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 4 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
