The petitioner claims to be a person with a disability and contends that he was entitled to be promoted in 2013. Despite aforesaid, his claim for promotion has not been considered. He, therefore has made a representation dated 2.6.2022 to the respondent no. 2. 2. In the aforesaid facts since the petitioner's representation is pending almost for two years, it is directed that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision thereon within a period of three months from the date of serving copy 19th March, 2025 2025:BHC-GOA:507-DB WP 125 of 2025 of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 3.
