The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned charge sheet bearing charge sheet no. 268/2020 submitted by the Police Station Manendragarh, District-Koriya (C.G.) before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Manendragarh, District-Koriya (C.G.) arising out of Crime No. 207/2019 (Annexure P/1) for the offences punishable under Section 409 of Indian Penal Code against the petitioner, with all subsequent criminal proceedings pending before the learned JMFC, Manendragarh, District-Koriya (C.G.), in the interest of justice accordingly.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as charges have been framed in the present case. 4.
