Heard Mr. Vaibhav P. Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Shaleen Singh Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the State. 2. In CRMP No.1500/2020, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- “(a) To quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 06/12/2020 registered by Police Station Ambikapur Dehat against the Petitioner and the consequent proceedings pursuant to that F.I.R. (b) To call for the entire records regarding the case from Respondent authorities. (c) Pass any other further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 3. In CRMP No.824/2022, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- “(a) To quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 06/12/2020 registered by Police Station 3 Ambikapur Dehat against the Petitioner and the consequent proceedings pursuant to that F.I.R. (b) To call for the entire records regarding the case from Respondent authorities. (c) Pass any other further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the compromise had already been taken place between the parties i.e. the petitioner and the complainant, as such, he does not want to pursue these petitions. 5.
