Sri Mohammed Sayeed Uddin, learned counsel, representing Sri Nuthalapati Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the payment has been received in the petitioner’s account. 3. This petition was filed seeking direction to the respondents to implement the order of the Tribunal dated 20.06.2012 in O.A.No.4291 of 2012. The order was to treat the period of temporary service rendered by the present petitioner from the date of her initial appointment till the date on which her services were regularized, as qualifying service for calculating her pension and also for granting 8/16 years scales under Automatic Advancement Scheme. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amount received pursuant to these benefits as awarded by the Tribunal. He further submits that nothing remains to be adjudicated now. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No order as to costs. 6.
