By the judgment and order dated April 27, 2021, the appeal was disposed of without interfering with the order passed by the learned Single Bench. In view thereof, the application for contempt would lie before the Hon’ble Single Bench and not before the Hon’ble Division Bench. With the above observations, the contempt application stands disposed of and accordingly, rule stands discharged.
