The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.64 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69/351(3)/109/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. The petitioner was married from before. Prima-facie, this appears to be a case where petitioner has obtained consent for sex by fraud. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
