Petitioner is serving as Pharmacy Officer at CHC Kupvi, Tehsil Kupvi, District Shimla, H.P. stated to be a hard area. His grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, he has preferred a representation on 22.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) seeking transfer to a station of his preference, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date by respondent No.2/competent authority. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
