P SUBASH The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 03.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.41195 of 2018. 2. Sri V.V.Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt has been complied however with certain delay. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent had filed counter categorically stating that the delay in complying the orders of this Court is due to administrative reasons and the same is neither willful nor wanton, as such, prayed to close the contempt. 4. Recording the said submissions, as the authorities have complied with the orders of this Court, there remains nothing for adjudication and being satisfied with the reasons for delay, this Court is inclined to close the contempt. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
