CMP No.25077 of 2025 This application has been filed by the appellant/applicant-Oriental Insurance Company Limited for refund of amount that has become payable in terms of the judgment passed by this Court on 7th August, 2025 in FAO Nos.584 of 2016 and 221 of 2019. As per the calculations submitted by the Registry, a sum of Rs.12,02,440/- is liable to be refunded to the appellant/applicant-Oriental Insurance Company Limited in terms of the aforesaid judgment. The calculation has not been contested by the other side. Thus, the application is allowed and an amount of Rs.12,02,440/- alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereon is ordered to be released in favour of the appellant/applicant- Oriental Insurance Company Limited by remitting the same directly to the bank account, as detailed in the application, after due verification. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.27867 of 2025 By way of this application, the applicant- claimant, Ram Dayal has prayed for release of the compensation amount in terms of the judgment passed by this Court on 7th August, 2025 in FAO Nos.584 of 2016 and 221 of 2019. As per report of the Registry, an amount of Rs.6,66,694/- is lying in deposit to the share of the applicant-Ram Dayal. There is no opposition to the application. Accordingly, the same is allowed. Amount of Rs.6,66,694/- lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant-Ram Dayal along with proportionate interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to his bank account as detailed in para-6 of the application, after due verification.
