No. 168 of 2022 of Tirumala II Town Police Station, Tirupati District. 2. Heard Sri D. Puma Chandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is not a family member of A1, who is the husband of respondent No.2, i.e., the de facto complainant. The case has been registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 417, and 420 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the matter has been compromised between the wife and the husband. and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would also submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 6.
