Police authorities have submitted a report reiterating that Jiaganj Police Station Charge-sheet No.350 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025 was furnished against the FIR named accused persons. 2 Petitioner is directed to submit a certified copy in connection with Jiaganj Police Station Case No.36 of 2024 dated 23.02.2024. Let the certified copy be produced before this Court by way of supplementary affidavit on 6th November, 2025 when the writ petition will appear under the heading “For Orders”.
