It has been asserted that the petitioner was arrested by the police in NDPS case, he remained in judicial custody and due to this reason he could not furnish the surety bond. Since the arrest was beyond the control of a person, hence, in these circumstances, the application is allowed and time to furnish the surety bond is extended by two weeks.
