Learned Deputy Advocate General stated that the compliance affidavit has been filed. A copy thereof was made available for perusal. In terms of the compliance affidavit, respondents have considered and rejected the case of the petitioners under office order dated 04.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has strong objections to the aforesaid consideration order and seeks liberty to assail the said consideration in accordance with law.

Taking note of the compliance affidavit and
consideration order, the present execution petition to stand
disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of their surviving grievances, including against the consideration order, in accordance with law.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
