We have gone through the impugned order to find that the petitioner’s contentions are true. 4. We accordingly set aside the impugned order dated 24-3-2025 passed by respondent no. 3 – Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur. The matter is relegated back to respondent no. 3 for consideration afresh in accordance with law. 5.
