2. Petitioner is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his Revision Petition No.NIL/2024, filed on 13.05.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Revision Petition filed on 13.05.2024 is not taken up for hearing, wherein the petitioner has questioned his
order of suspension dated 05.06.2020.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate would submit that the first respondent would hear and dispose of Revision Petition within a reasonable time and request this Court to pass appropriate order.
5. When Revision Petition is filed, the first respondent is obliged to consider the Revision Petition within a reasonable time. As the Revision Petition filed by petitioner is pending before the first respondent who has legal duty to consider the same, the following:

ORDER a) First respondent is directed to consider the Revision Petition No.NIL/2024 filed by the petitioner on 13.05.2024 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within three weeks from today.
b) Learned Additional Government Advocate is
directed to communicate the same to the first respondent forthwith.
c) With the above, writ petition stands disposed of.
