The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants in Case Crime No. 18 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 331(6) of B.N.S., Police Station- Anpara, District- Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 2. At the outset, Sri Abhishek Kumar Chaubey, counsel for the applicants submits that applicant no.1 and 5 were arrested and they have been granted regular bail by this Court. The present application has been rendered infructuous on behalf of applicant nos.1 and 5. 3. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as infructuous on behalf of applicant nos.1 and 5. 4. Insofar as applicant nos.2, 3, and 4 are concerned, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant nos.2, 3 and 4 to surrender and apply for regular bail. 5. In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of applicant nos.2, 3 and 4 with liberty as prayed for. 6.
