2025:JHHC:13269 1 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A. No.5927 of 2024 ------ 1. Nayamuddin Ansari 2. Irfan Ansari … … Petitioners Versus The State of Jharkhand. … … Opposite Party ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Ms. Saman Ahmad, Advocate Ms. Vidhika Saboo, Advocate For the State : Ms. Sushma Aind, A.P.P. ----- 05/ 01.05.2025 Heard the parties. 2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No.97 of 2023, for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 302 IPC. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. It is alleged that the petitioners with personal vendetta, owing to previous land dispute attacked the uncle of the informant on his head by farsa, resulting in head injury. When the cousin of the informant went to rescue his father, the petitioners attacked them also. The uncle of the informant died during the course of treatment. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the assault made by the petitioners, this Court does not find it a fit case to enlarge these petitioners on anticipatory bail. 6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Prashant. Cp-3
