Heard Mr. Hemant Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State/respondents No. 1 to 4 as well as Mr. B.P.Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents No. 5 to 7. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for the following relief(s): “10.1) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to complete the investigation, submit the final report as early as possible as per under Section 193(1) of BNSS. 10.2) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities that in investigation offence is found true then police take steps like arrest, seizure, recording the statement of witnesses as early as possible without any delay. 10.3) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to protect the life and limb of the petitioner. 10.4) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. At the outset, Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State/respondents No. 1 to 4, relying on the submits that this petition has become infructuous as the relief sought for in this petition has already been granted to the petitioner as the police has 3 completed the investigation and even filed the charge sheet before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First class, Raipur. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not controvert the above submission 5. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Needless to state that it would be open for the private respondents / accused to challenge the said charge sheet before the competent Court, if they are aggrieved by the same.
