1. The present revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and modify the order dated 31.01.2020 passed in CRIMINAL MJC No. 154/2019 passed by the Family Court, Raigarh KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN
2 and enhance maintenance amount, in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Misc. Criminal Case No.154/2019, it appears that the final
order has already been passed by learned Principal Judge Family Court, Raigarh (C.G.) for proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.
3. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. -
