Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners of all these Criminal Miscellaneous Petition do not press these interlocutory applications. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners of all these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions seek permission of this court to withdraw these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions with liberty to raise all the grounds taken in these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions before the appropriate court at the appropriate stage and to challenge the cognizance order by filling appropriate appeal. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In view of withdrawal of these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions, the interim relief, if any, granted earlier in the respective Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions is vacated.
