Perused the writ petition papers. 2. The petitioner is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, questioning the order of suspension dated 06.11.2024 (Annexure-E) passed by respondent No.3/The Executive Officer, Banashankari Temple. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no reason for keeping the petitioner under suspension and further he submits that against the said order of suspension, the petitioner has submitted Annexure-G/representation dated 07.11.2024 to the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:3834 WP No. 30695 of 2024 second respondent requesting to revoke the suspension. Till this date, the said representation is not considered. 3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the writ petition papers, I am of the view that since the petitioner is provided with an alternative remedy of appeal under the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997 (for short “1997 Act”), I decline to entertain the writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri.Aravind submits that the petitioner would avail alternate remedy within one week. If such an appeal or revision is filed, the competent authority shall dispose of the said appeal or revision, within 60 days from the date of filing of the appeal/revision. 5.
